TensorFlow Extended (TFX): Deploying production ML pipelines
ML development often focuses on metrics, delaying work on deployment and scaling issues. ML development designed for production deployments typically follows a pipeline model, with scaling and maintainability as inherent parts of the design. This talk will be about TensorFlow Extended (TFX), the open-source version of the ML infrastructure platform that Google has developed for its own production ML pipelines.
Using TFX, Developers can implement machine learning pipelines capable of processing large datasets for both modelling and inference. In addition to data wrangling and feature engineering over large datasets, TFX enables detailed model analysis and versioning. The talk will focus on implementing a TFX pipeline and a discussion of current topics in model understanding.
Who is the speaker?
Prajit Datta is currently working as an AI Research Scientist at AFRY (One of the Scandinavian Consulting Giants), based out of Sweden.
He also leads the AI Global Competence Group at AFRY. He is in the council of Forbes Tech for the year 2020 and also a Global Shaper (World Economic Forum).
A TEDx Speaker and author of 2 books, he is a regular international public speaker on technology and has delivered talks across major continents. He likes to mentor and teaches aspirants to leverage their skillsets and make them ready to contribute to the Data Science Community. His vision is to develop intelligent systems using principles of artificial intelligence which will change the way we look at the world or in short to make ‘Person Of Interest’.
In his free time, he likes to read books, bike, and practice yoga.
